We solve those problems. We specialize in small businesses because many computer companies consider small businesses or individual users too small for them to invest their time. In order to save you money, we prefer working with non branded systems, mainly because parts for those computers are easy to find and are generally cheaper than branded (proprietary) parts for name brand machines. when it comes down to it, all PCs work the same and prices on these computers are competitive with or beat branded models , which is why custom built machines make more sense. But we work on all computers when needed, it just takes a little longer and often costs a little more to get some of the parts for the branded ones.
Since you hire us for our advice and we don't stock parts here, therefore we have no ulterior motive to provide you with something you don't need. Our mission is not to sell you a new computer, our mission is to help you solve your computer problem in the vert best way possible. Building a new computer a last resort. Our only product is really advice. If your computer is obsolete, for your needs, we'll tell you why and give you suggestions as to how to solve the problem, suggesting the best course of action for your circumstance.
WE will offer suggestions for replacing only those things that need replacing and fixing those things that need fixing. The ides is to save you money while helping you solve your problem. We can also help you find the right software or help you save money on peripherals by doing your shopping for you (we know the market better than you do so it's quicker and easier for us to help). We'll find whatever you need at the best price. We charge only for our time, no commission. Our interests are your interests.
