Everybody has computer problems.
We'll help you solve those problems. In order to save you money, we prefer working with non propriatery systems, mainly because parts for those computers are easy to find and are generally cheaper than propriatery parts for name brand machines. But we work on all computers when needed, it just takes a little longer and often costs a little more to get some parts for the branded ones.
Since you hire us for our advice and we don't stock parts here, therefore we have no ulterior motive to provide you with something you don't need. Our mission is not to sell you a new computer, our mission is to help you the best way we can. Our only product is advice. If your compuer is obsolete, for your needs, we'll tell you, and we'll tell you why. Then we'll suggest a course of action.
WE will offer suggestions for replacing only those things that need replacing or fixing those things that need fixing. The object is to save you money while giving you only what you require to solve your problem. We can also help you find the right software or help you save money on pariphirals by doing your shopping for you. We'll find whatever you need at the best price. We charge only for our time, we're not on comission and for that reason, our interests are your interests.
